Osborne Partners is delighted to announce the appointment of Rajat Rathi, Director, as an important addition to the senior team in our Mumbai office. Rajat’s fifteen-year career spans extensive valuation experience in the U.S. and Indian markets having worked for Deloitte U.S./India and Duff & Phelps Global (now Kroll). He joins us from a period in Ireland at Ernst and Young as Associate Director spearheading multiple business valuation projects across numerous industries. Over the years Rajat has worked on a variety of mandates including, but not limited to, performing commercial valuations of businesses across industries, valuing early staged venture backed startups, and fair valuing debt and equity portfolios of PE/VC clients.
