We’re gifting even more holidays to military families in 2025 💙 This year we donated 185 holidays across 21 of our parks through our military charity partners at the Royal Navy & Royal Marines Charity, Army Central Fund, and the THE ROYAL AIR FORCE BENEVOLENT FUND. These special holidays are awarded in recognition of outstanding service and to support military personnel in need of respite and recuperation 👨👩👧 We are so pleased to be increasing our support for the Armed Forces even further by donating more than 200 holidays worth over £150,000 to members of the military community and their families next year 👏 💬 Steve Richards, CEO at Parkdean Resorts, said: “We have so much respect for Armed Forces families for the resilience they show and sacrifices they make, facing unique challenges and standing strong behind those who serve. From starting at Ocean Edge at just 18 years old to becoming the Holiday Home Sales Manager at White Cross Bay, Bradley’s journey with Parkdean Resorts has been nothing short of inspiring 🤩 Bradley joined us in 2019 and quickly showed his potential. After moving to White Cross Bay as a Sales Advisor in 2022, he embraced every opportunity for growth, and just this year he was promoted to Holiday Home Sales Manager. Bradley’s story is a testament to the incredible progression opportunities we offer at Parkdean Resorts. With the support of our Sales Development Programme (SDP), which accelerates career development, Bradley and his colleagues have achieved new heights in their careers. In fact, three graduates of this year’s SDP including Bradley have now stepped into management roles. 👏 "The progression opportunities here have been incredible, and the support from the PDR programme really does accelerate growth." Matthew Thomson, Accommodation Experience Manager at Limefitt Holiday Park, is running next year’s London Marathon on behalf of the National Autistic Society. 🏃♂️ Matt's four-year-old son is autistic and our inspirational team member decided he wanted to take on the challenge to show him anything is possible. Earlier this month, Matt completed what he named the 'Parkdean Resorts North West Parks Ultra Marathon'. The starting point was Limefitt Holiday Park and with over 70km covered, he visited White Cross Bay, Fallbarrow, Gatebeck and Regent Bay throughout his run before finishing at Ocean Edge with a time of 7 hours 21 minutes and over 8,000 calories burned 💪 A huge well done to Matt for taking on such a tough challenge and to raise awareness and money for such an important cause. #ParkdeanResorts #ParksPeoplePlanet #WeareParkdean

Congratulations to Kieran Swift who has been crowned our 2024 Apprentice Chef of the Year 🏆   For the second year running, we hosted the Apprentice Chef of the Year competition at Trecco Bay. This competition provides our very talented apprentice chefs across the business the opportunity to showcase their creativity and skills in the kitchen to a panel of judges.   Kieran from White Acres Holiday Park wowed the judges with his phenomenal sharing board featuring chilli fries, mango and pineapple hot wings, corn ribs, bang bang cauliflower and lime crema 😋🌶   This initiative is all about empowering our team members and giving them the chance to step out of their comfort zone.   Well done to Kieran and look out for his winning dish on our Boathouse menu next year. #ParksPeoplePlanet

Meet Holly Robertson – Ruda’s incredible Beach Ranger since 2019 🌊 Holly has one of the most unique and rewarding roles at Parkdean Resorts, balancing practical conservation across lakes, paddocks, and sand dunes with community outreach and education. From managing wildlife habitats to inspiring visitors, her work is as varied as it is impactful. Her journey started with a passion for volunteering, a degree in Psychology, and a master’s in Animal Behaviour. And now? She’s living her dream, combining her love for nature with her dedication to making a difference. "I love it, it’s amazing. It’s such an unusual job, but to have this job within a holiday park is extra special.
