Approval for the extension of an existing production facility will provide 55,000sqft of additional storage for a leading advanced packaging specialist. #Planning has been granted on appeal for a new Integrated Retirement Community in Sunbury-on-Thames, with the planning inspectorate citing "a clear and pressing need for this type of development". Designed by our #laterliving team for Inspired Villages , the phased scheme will include 164 specialist homes for older people, a village centre, plus #care accommodation. #IRC

A terrific snap of progress at Jewish Care's new campus in Redbridge. We've designed the scheme to meet current and future demand for all Jewish Care services for the local community in #Essex and East #London, which incorporates a 66-bed #care home, community centre and #dementia day centre. Great to see doors now open at Spinnaker House #Wirral. We acted as concept designer for this scheme which includes an #extracare facility sat alongside the new mixed tenure homes. The design concept focussed on incorporating local facilities and amenities to facilitate an #intergenerational community. The opportunity for interactions between extra care residents, families living in the houses, younger people living in the apartments and the surrounding community will ensure an inclusive and diverse #neighbourhood is established.
