In case you missed it, here's a quick recap of our AR & VR event last week. Despite many parts of the UK waking up to snow and ice on the morning of the event, we had a great turnout for "The Rise and Rise of AR and VR Technologies" event, which took place at Vulcan Works, Northampton. This event, (sponsored by Silverstone Park) was led by our Design, Simulation and Modelling Special Interest Group, and explored the practical uses of AR/VR and other visualisation technologies. We were taken on a journey of discovery, where our experts discussed technology of the future, what is developing now and what it might look like in 10 years’ time. With punchy presentations, and interesting discussions, the day was a huge success.
