Charities working with charities. We popped over to Blind Veterans UK Llandudno for a Feeding Communities meal prepping morning along with the staff and members of the BVUK Llandudno site. It is always special being able to hear stories from those whose lives have been so positively impacted by charities and together we worked to feed those less fortunate from the local area.

Our #EndStreetHunger campaign is going strong! Last night, alongside Under One Sky, we served warm, nourishing meals to our friends living on the streets. Last week, team members at Hallfield School voluntarily stepped up for a Mince Pie Masterpiece Challenge to design and create unique mince pies. It was incredible to see the team’s creativity shine, with every pie showcasing a festive twist! The pies were judged by Hallfield staff and the final decision came down to the Head Judge, Headmaster Keith B Morrow FCCT FRSA. The best part? Last week, we were proud to support the Faith Christian Group in Reading by providing meals for those in need, including the poor, homeless and vulnerable. This weekend, volunteers from Thomas Franks Ltd and Hallfield School joined forces to support the Let's Feed Brum Christmas Lunch at Birmingham Cathedral (St Philip's). From early morning, hundreds of our friends living on the streets queued for a warm meal and a moment of joy during this challenging time. In collaboration with For Refugees Birmingham, we teamed up to curate a hot meal, prepared by Codemasters, for their seasonal celebration. This event served as a unique opportunity for refugees from diverse corners of the globe to unite and experience a sense of belonging within a community. In our ongoing mission to combat food poverty, we remain committed to extending kindness to all, recognising that every shared meal contributes to building bridges and fostering a sense of togetherness.
