ChatGPT Strawberry is the new kid on the block, Pasquale Minervini, PhD, Edoardo Ponti and Nikolay Malkin share there thoughts on the model's 'reasoning' abilities including the risks associated with it in an article for The Conversation.
Pasquale Minervini, PhD, Edoardo Ponti, and Nikolay Malkin discuss the risks associated with #OpenAI's Strawberry model in their article in The Conversation UK. This model employs “chain-of-thought reasoning,” mimicking human problem-solving by breaking down complex tasks into simpler sub-tasks. A significant concern is that the model's reflective processes are not transparent, depriving users of insights into its functioning. 🔗 Read more about these and other issues with Strawberry in the article here: https://edin.ac/4i83DjS University of Edinburgh's Generative AI Laboratory
