Many thanks to our facilitators Paul Toombs and Mohammad Askari, our volunteers and our students who attended our workshop and networking event for the Windsor Fellowship Graduate Destination #STEM programme on 15 January 2025. We are also incredibly grateful to Naz Ayyaz for sharing her inspiring career journey, highlighting the challenges faced both personally and professionally, and discussing the importance of networking, having a mentor, and the benefits of working with Johnson Matthey. Her insights and key takeaways were invaluable for our students. Students learned the importance of managing tasks and teamwork, networking on social media and developing an elevator pitch, skills which they then put into practice with STEM professionals from partner companies NatWest Group, Johnson Matthey, WSP in the UK and Boeing. Another excellent opportunity to develop career skills and expand networks! #CareerDevelopment #STEM #Networking #Mentorship

Windsor Fellowship's Graduate Destination #STEM programme team extend heartfelt thanks to National Theatre for hosting an incredible behind-the-scenes event for students. The event offered an insightful look into the inner workings of one of the world’s most renowned cultural institutions. From learning about the day-to-day operations to exploring the diverse roles of engineers, lighting, sound, and AV specialists, it was a fantastic way to gain first-hand knowledge of the technical side of the performing arts. A big thank you to Steven Trujillo Vasquez and colleagues who shared their expertise and showed us around National Theatre, giving students a deeper understanding of how STEM skills come to life in the arts. Your insights and guidance were inspiring and will undoubtedly shape the careers of our attendees as they navigate their professional journeys. Thank you to all the students who attended. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and engagement made the event even more special, and we look forward to seeing where your passion for STEM and the arts will take you next! #STEM #Engineering #CareerOpportunities #Networking
