Last week, I had the pleasure of attending the Coffee Club session hosted by CCA, designed exclusively for senior leaders within the CX industry. The topic, Reducing Early Turnover and Attrition with New Starts, was incredibly relevant, exploring the challenges many organizations face with high attrition in the first three months of employment.
