This hotel is awesome. Location was perfect, the beach and all shops are nearby. Cleanliness was good. The cleaning service cleaned their room every day. Huge apartment, that was I’d loved so much. If I have any chance in the future, I’ll book this hotel definitely.

This Hotel is quite new as the driver told us. It's clean, staffs are good and always smiling and helpful. Front counter staffs are excellent and extremely helpful. 管家 Hugh is also helpful. My stay there is excellent and happy. It's location is near the beach but not recommend for swimming as it has rocks. For swimming and beach activities you may have to walk down a short distance to the neighbouring beach which is open and nice. Food wise I did not book the hotel food but the bbq seafood buffet seems interesting with lots of varieties. OK now come to the location, you can take a slow walk on a straight road to some eateries which is about 700-800 meters away. Can see they have quite some restaurant there and a 24 hour dim sum with lots of variations. Only on the last day stay then we discover this. Should have check it out earlier. There's a few shopping mall nearby but the most popular being 大菠萝 which is about 15 mins drive if you go by car. Has a lot of shops and a supermarket restaurant and a open space night market with lots of foods. Good hotel to unwind and my stay there is excellent.

The hotel is situated in a very touristy area. Many Russian-speaking tourists. There is a mall by the hotel and a food court area across the street, the beach is within walking distance. The room was clean it came with basic amenities, I would take an extension lead to charge multiple devices. The elevators are very slow and if you want to relax by the pool and find a place to sit you need to go early as the seats get taken fast. The gym area has enough equipment to get the job done. Check-in and check-out were very fast, we had no problems. If you cannot speak Chinese they will translate. There were a few rude entitled tourists. Be courteous and respectful to the workers and people trying to help, and make an effort to use their language either via a translation app or learn a few words. You will see the instant appreciation and respect for trying. If you go to the front of the pineapple and walk left for about 5/10min you can find some Western restaurants called the Dolphin, Little India and an Italian place. If you want coffee early in the morning there is a Starbucks on that same road that opens at 7:00 am. Overall it was a good stay for a business trip with no issues.

We were looking forward to our stay as we had included a couple of of activities with the hotel stay. However, we were deeply disappointed when we found out that there were additional costs that we had to fork out for us to proceed with the activities. Some of the venues included were too far from the hotel. Too much time wasted on travelling. The hotel should have come up with better packages. Hotel staff & staff on site of some of the activities were not forthcoming in providing us with assistance & inaccurate information were also conveyed resulting in not enough time to carry out the activities. Our 'housekeeper' was also not particularly helpful. Felt cheated by the hotel deal package.

We have been staying in the hotel for 4 days and it was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel is clean, big and comfortable, room design is stylish. Breakfasts were great! The staff is very polite and kind! Lucas from the front desk was helping all our stay! We lost medicine in the room after checking out, but Lucas helped us and sent us our losts. He is so kind and professional! Thank Holiday inn and suited, and special sincerely for Lucas!

Booked elegant 2-bed room for 4 adults. Room design and amenities suitable for kids not adult as cup provided is more to plastic material. Good thing about this hotel is they provide free shuttle bus from baimajing station to hotel and vice versa but information not provided clearly and I have to keep calling front counter to ask. Attached is the bus that took us to island in case you are going. Better confirm with the driver before boarding. Not much shop open for breakfast so we opted for hotel breakfast. Breakfast is not up to my family standard, mantou is hard like rock even it’s taken from the steam basket. Frankly speaking, will not go second time to the island as really nothing much except the building design.

The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! Overall satisfied with the hotel. Room is big, clean and bright with partial seaview and a bathtub at the balcony. Walking distance to First Market and Wang Hao Supermarket. Our butler Kiki was extremely helpful, she assisted to call and made reservation for our helicopter ride as the nearest base was closed unexpectedly. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, with local and a little western style, freshness of salads and desserts could be better. If you don’t mind a hotel without beach front but conveniently located, this is a good choice.

Service of the hotel was very good even though they don’t speak English, they assist you through translation app willing to help. Especially person on the front desk helped us a lot. Food is delicious, rich variety. Room is clean. You can walk to the beach. It takes 5-10 mins. It’s near to the summer and pineapple malls. There is a free shuttle bus to duty free mall. You can take info from the front desk. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel facilities are very satisfactory, very new, the room soundproofing effect is very good, the shower water temperature is comfortable; the brothers and sisters at the front desk are professional and polite, especially Xiao Li who responds to the questions raised very seriously; the breakfast dishes are also relatively rich; it's just that it's difficult to get up too early, and I only got up once for breakfast in three days. The hotel is about 200m away from Sunshine City and about 100m away from Parkson City, which is very convenient. There are many things to eat, drink and play.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful area of the city. Generally, the common areas are well-maintained, and the service offered is of a high standard. The rooms are large and spacious. In our case, the view of the sea and Haikou's skyline was marvelous. The breakfast was good but not at the level of what we experienced at the Intercontinental in Beijing. As for areas of improvement, I would suggest adding smart TVs and hiring more staff proficient in English.

Fantastic - I extended my stay! Would recommend the premium room over the deluxe Seaview room, much better layout and views😍 Nikki was professional, very helpful, and provided fantastic service. She was always available when I needed her! Also 吴玉姐 was very efficient, the room was always cleaned very well, presentable and she spoke English and helped me with my mandarin!!

We stayed three nights at Hilton Haikou and got the residence apartment. The view was gorgeous at lvl 29, the bed was comfy and room was spacious. It was very easy to take a didi car to qi Lou old street and haikou century bridge. There could be a bit of a jam during peak hour so do be mindful. At the back of the hotel, it's linked to a mall with a supermarket and coconut steamboat so it's pretty convenient. Buffet breakfast was yum, the waffles were the best compared to other hotels at Sanya and ocean flower island, the hainan rice noodle was delicious and the freshly fried youtiao. We wish there could be more variety but overall we enjoyed our stay

Great location, hotel is nice and fancy. Grand lobby as you enter. The only downside of the outdoor pool is that you can’t use it when there’s a chance of thunderstorm and considering the Haikou weather, this is quite frequent. You are also forced to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which some do not prefer.

This is our first trip to Haikou, although we have been to Sanya a few times. The Langham Haikou is conveniently located, there are shopping malls, shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool is clean with nice view, esp. for taking photos. It definitely has a resort feel. All the staff provide excellent services, including Concierge and Front Office. Special thanks to Miss Julie Wang who is always helpful and caring in all aspects, and she upgraded us to a sea view room with stunning view! Deeply appreciated! The room is spacious and cozy, very comfortable. We will come back to stay again in the near future.

Breakfast had a vast selection, but none of it was very good. The sushi would make a Japanese person cry, the sausages and bacon would make an English person cry and you would get a better Chinese breakfast for 10RMB at a local market (baozi and yotiao are from frozen). The main reason for choosing this hotel over other options was the kids club. Unfortunately it is rubbish. A single member of staff doing some origami with leaves or basic art/craft. Requires adult supervision. Very disappointing by international standards. Hotel is very grand, but not maintained to the standard you would expect from the brand. Design of the hotel does not lend itself to Haikou's climate, the communal spaces are not aircondionable and so it is uncomfortably hot. Pool was good, but again needs maintenance. Children especially enjoyed the foam cannon. Room was spacious, clean and cool. Coffee is good. At the time of writing they offer ”good night” as a free gift which is a lavender spray. They also offer a free drink on arrival - which just means help yourself to a drink from the fridge in your room. Overall I would recommend paying a bit less and going with a newer hotel closer to the city.

As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The hotel upgraded to a deluxe sea view room. The bathroom is very large. The front desk staff are very nice and will help arrange electric car pick-up wherever you go. The breakfast buffet is relatively rich, and I fell in love with the Danzhou specialty rice porridge. It's really delicious! By the way, the location of the hotel is really good. After crossing the bridge, the Star Tower is on the left, and it is not far from the food street, outlets, and museums. After dinner, you can take a walk to the hotel. It did not disappoint the food and achieved the purpose of digestion. There will be a light show on weekend nights. You can see it at the Twin Beach and the food street. I hope the hotel will have more children's projects in the future, it will be more perfect.

The hotel staff is very warm and friendly, the whole hotel is quite big, the scenery outside the room window is also good, there is an industrial punk style, the mural style is abstract and strange, giving people a sense of comfort and pleasure, the room is quite spacious, the air-conditioning is sufficient, very cool, there are children playing on the 5th floor, The swimming place, the baby is very happy to play in it. There are many types of breakfast, I am very happy to eat with my baby, the traffic is very convenient, the 3 bus is directly to the station.

This should be the best hotel in Danzhou, Hainan. I am very satisfied👍🏼 Facilities: There is a gym, a teahouse, and a restaurant, but there is no beach in the city Hygiene: The room is very clean, and the bath towels, sheets, and quilt covers are very comfortable and clean. Environment: As soon as I entered the hotel, I was shocked by the luxurious lobby. The corridor was very spacious, but there was a building opposite the room we stayed in, so I didn't see much scenery. Service: The restaurant is a little expensive, but the dishes taste good. The breakfast variety is rich and the environment is also spacious. Special praise is given to the doorman Xiao Chen. It happened to rain in the morning when we left the hotel. Accompanying the elderly to Haihua Island, staying at the Wuguo Hot Spring Hotel on Island No. 1, there are not many people in the off-season. After booking, I received a call from the housekeeper, who gave a detailed introduction to the situation and added WeChat, which is very important! Special shuttle bus pick-up. The room is clean, with a double bed upstairs and downstairs, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. There is a large soaking pool, with dry and wet steam rooms downstairs and only wet steam rooms upstairs. There is a private bath outdoors. I watched the light show at night. It is said that it is for the whole island during the Spring Festival, which is quite spectacular. Breakfast is a combination of Chinese and Western, with a relatively complete variety. It is a pity that I didn't see the sunset on a cloudy day. Haihua Island has pleasant scenery. Dongpo Pavilion is worth a visit, and I learned about Su Shi's great contribution to Hainan.
