“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “"Croshier Construction was recommended to me by a friend who had their kitchen remodeled. My home remodel was wall to wall - floor to ceiling including bathrooms, electrical and custom-built products. In addition to the quality, professional work, it is the customer service provided that makes Croshier Construction stand out. Communication and follow-through each day was wonderful! I always knew what was going to happen because there was a sequential schedule we agreed to in advance so I could make work and living arrangements - the job prep before and after assured the rooms/projects were finished on time and ready for the next phase. Knowing his experience, listening to his recommendations, current trends and suggestions from previous jobs helped me develop ideas that worked well together for my home. The solid relationship with subs like plumber, electricians, flooring, cabinet maker, painters contributed to a team effort when they were in my home - they even took special care to work around my dog! Big bonus, the workspace for the day was always cleaned up as much as possible at the end of the day making it livable throughout the remodel.” Recently, I asked Croshier Construction to return to my home to re-build and replace an old patio cover and reseal the deck.”

“I highly recommend the California Building and Remodeling Company. We are VERY happy with their work all the way. I feel fortunate to have met Philip Geunther, the owner and founder of the company. He is quite skilled with people, and with coordinating teams of workers on a project. The contract was a reasonable price, in fact very inexpensive because he came often to check on the work and improved the work when needed by discussing the plan several times with his team to give us the maximum best result. I will call Phil in the future for other jobs with no hesitation because this has been an outstanding experience for my family. What did they do for us? My mother is close to age 95 and had a stroke, and is wheelchair bound. Phil and his team remodeled our old bathroom into a larger shower that is designed for wheelchairs. The shower is a "roll-in" shower compliant with the American Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations. We are so happy!! Thank you Phil. I recommend their work for any ADA project. They know what they are doing.”

“Review of Mathis Custom Remodeling: We contracted with Phil Mathis in August, 2004 to completely remodel our master bath. The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We selected Phil to remodel our second bath in November, 2006 - a major undertaking. Good price and another excellent job! Just recently (January, 2013), we had Phil modernize our living room, dining room, hallway and entryway. Not only does Phil do excellent work, he has also provided us with design ideas and advice. “Was speaking with a freind about a possible bathroom renovation (tiles, plumbing, plastering etc.) and he introduced me to Dan from Forever Builders. We discussed quotes other companies had provided for us, however I was still skeptical. He provided me with an extremely reasonable quote BUT ALSO guaranteed 24/7 contact with him incase I had any questions at all hours of the day. He and his team were amazing. “Poseidon Remodeling updated 2 bathrooms in our house including the master. We got bids from 3 different places and not only was Poseidon's bid very competitive but Zoran, the owner, just seemed like the right guy for the job. He walked us through every step of the project and while construction can be stressful at times, he was very responsive whenever we had questions before and during the remodel. His crew showed up on time every day and Nick, who did most of the work on our project, did an amazing job. The work was completed on schedule and budget. There was an issue at first with the drainage in the shower but they were very professional and resolved it quickly. Both bathrooms look beautiful and are everything we hoped they would be. We would recommend Poseidon for any home improvement project and look forward to working with them in the future.”
