“After finding him on Yelp with good reviews, we had BVM design a 655 sq. ft. residence that incorporated a pre existing building. He was responsive to emails and calls and gave us a surprising number of designs. He was able to give us exactly what we wanted, despite our ideas being communicated rather poorly over the many many interruptions of small children. It was not cheap, but I don't really know what others charge. Also, when our general contractor saw the plans he said "boy, this guy knows how to draw!!" Overall, he was really easy to work with, gave us exactly what we wanted, and impressed other professionals in his field. What more could you want??”

“After meeting with a few different architects, we hired Buffett Design for our whole house remodel. Tyler is friendly, real, and was very understanding in regards to our constantly changing ideas. When it was difficult for us to visualize the space based on the 2D sketches, he created a 3D walkthrough experience on the computer for us. This was so helpful for us to "walk through" the new space before construction even started!”

“I highly recommend Marwan and Ocean Drive designs. He transformed our kitchen and the rest of our house into a beautiful space that we love to come home to; he listens better than most to his client's wants/needs and incorporates these into their design aesthetic. Marwan was very patient with us through the process, always willing to entertain our crazy ideas that at the end he made them a reality. He provided great 3D sketches which gave us a very good idea of what the end result was going to look like, helping visualize things. You won’t find a nicer and more ethical designer & contractor than Marwan. We highly recommend Ocean Drive Designs and will definitely use them for any future projects.”

“I hired Groysman Construction to do remodeling of the kitchen in my house and also to add high-efficiency high-airflow fans in two bathrooms. The remodeling was largely limited to replacing old appliances by the new ones. This required the electrical wires and terminals be replaced and the existing cabinets be modified to fit to the new appliances. Regarding installation of the fans, Groysman Construction discovered that existing ducts were too narrow and did not match the new fans' specifications. They proposed the ducts be replaced and they offered for that part of the job only very small fee, which surprised me a lot (pleasantly surprised, I might add). The overall job was done very well and in the promised time. In my estimation the total fee for the job was very competitive. I was very satisfied with Groysman Construction. “Remodeling has been a blast for me. The previous contractor I worked with was result-oriented and highly skilled and now with Eco Home Builders, I feel like I have been blessed for a second time. I hear some stores of outright bad and shabby contractors. Thankfully I have been left out ever since. Eco Home Builders has once again met the mark and they did so brilliantly. Working with Alan was joyous and productive. We had so much in common and connected quickly. He was of great help during the remodel and was instructive in seeing my home goals. “I recently completed a kitchen remodel using Teknik construction. This is the 4th or 5th project they have completed for me over the past 4-5 years. They have done interior and exterior work for me. They finished AHEAD of schedule, the workmanship is amazing, on budget - discussing any up charges ahead of time allowing me to make a decision, helped me with color, decorating, and material choices, kept me from making stupid choices, cleaned up every day, I could go on and on. Over the 4 years, I've seen the same guys on the job. They are always respectful of me, my home, my family and my pets! I cannot say enough about Kevin and his team @ Teknik construction.”
