  • 🌍 Global Plastic Laws is an extensive database and resource library focused on plastic legislation passed around the world. This collaborative project, managed by the Plastic Pollution Coalition, brings together key partners like Break Free From Plastic, Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide, Plastic Pollution Coalition, and The Surfrider Foundation to track and update plastic regulations from over 115 countries. The Global Plastic Laws Database is a one-stop global portal for policymakers, organizations, businesses, educators, students, researchers, and journalists who want to access the latest plastic regulations across all jurisdictions. It covers the full life cycle of plastics—from Design + Reuse to Waste Management—and includes important issue areas like Extended Producer Responsibility, Microplastics, Transparency, and Traceability. Whether you're a business seeking to understand current plastic regulations, an educator or student studying plastic policy, a humanitarian planning disaster response, or a journalist reporting on plastic pollution, this tool is invaluable. As the UN Global Plastics Treaty negotiation process continues, the Global Plastic Laws Database will be essential in making plastic legislation visible, accessible, and easy to track. Once the treaty is adopted, it will support its implementation and help monitor progress. #PlasticFreeFuture #GlobalPlasticLaws #PlasticPollution #CircularEconomy #PlasticRegulations
