This is an opportunity to explore in person the innovations and good practices developed by the Operational Groups across the Europe! 🌲 ✈ You'll have the chance to travel to discover more about them and to gather with OG's members and other people interested in the field of forestry and agroforestry. 📃 Each study visit (5 in total) will take place in the context of one of the five different Innovation Topic Hubs on which FOREST4EU Project is working on: 1. 📌 It’s time for another #BioPills post - this one from BBioNets! 😉 ♻️The #CircularBioeconomy in primary production focuses on maximising #biomass utilisation within the #agriculture, #forestry, and #food production sectors, all with the goal of enhancing #sustainability.🌱 Earlier this year, our Forest and Agriculture Networks organised a series of workshops to identify the key biomass #resources available and assess their current #applications across the six #BBioNets countries (Ireland, Spain, Greece, Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic). 💡 🔎 The #FANs also worked to pinpoint and prioritise the essential processing #needs necessary for a socio-ecological transition towards a fully circular economy. 📝 Our first #article, prepared by project partner Teagasc, provides an insightful synopsis of the collected information.
