#BlackTeachers who’ve become BTP Fellows, like the incredible trailblazers from Cohort 4, have called this knowledge-building and co-creative experience one of the most transformative learning journeys of their careers as Black educators. The Black Teacher Project (BTP) Fellowship: Cohort 5 continues this powerful tradition of shared learning, critical friendship, and collaborative liberation work through an 18-month affinity-based experience for fifteen pairs of Black teachers in the Greater Atlanta area. Participants will receive meaningful coaching, tools to tackle equity challenges, opportunities to build new connections, and the chance to design for liberated learning with a partner teacher.
