On this Veterans Day, we would like to take a moment to honor all those who have served our country. We are deeply grateful for their selfless service and for protecting our freedoms both at home and abroad. We would also like to give a special thank you to the veterans currently on our team. DAGER visited the 341st CES/CED EOD unit at Malmstrom AFB, Montana. Our first visit to the Treasure State was an outstanding success! We saw some familiar faces from previous events and met some amazing techs at the 341st EOD. During the event, DAGER briefed the 341st EOD on user innovation in the EOD community and demonstrated a variety of the tools and techniques published on the JEOD portal. The event concluded with a tool-building session, giving the chance to provide feedback on currently published tools, as well as those under consideration for future development and modification. These unit visits are an incredible opportunity to get out and interact with the EOD community. We at DAGER are proud to support the Joint-Service EOD community and are looking forward to future events.

Recently, DAGER traveled to Oriskany, NY for the 2024 Excelsior Challenge at the State Preparedness Training Center. This exercise focused on first responder interoperability and was attended by local area bomb squads, tactical teams, and canine handlers. The participants completed a variety of complex scenarios that showcased their abilities to coordinate and operate co-dependently on an objective and highlight areas of emphasis for future training and collaboration. DAGER had the opportunity to brief the participants on bomb squad and tactical user innovation programs as well as opportunities for future collaboration efforts. #BombSquad #SWAT #EOD #PSBS

Recently, DAGER had the privilege of attending the Mississippi-Tennessee Tactical Officers Association (MTTOA) conference in Southaven, MS. The event ran in conjunction with the North American Sniper Conference/ Competition (NASC) and the MTTOA SWAT Competition. Over 350 tactical officers from the two states attended the conference across three days of vendor presentations and classroom breakout sessions. DAGER had the incredible opportunity to lead one of these breakout sessions and brief the attendants on explosive awareness in tactical operations with findings from an integration experiment conducted last year by some of those in attendance.
