Leadership isn't about getting it right the first time. It's about iteration. You tweak, refine, and adapt, not just your strategies, but your message. Why? Because it has to connect with everyone on your team and they're probably all a little different from each other. It's not about changing your core vision. It's about finding a better way to express it so it resonates with the people who matter most. This is what great leadership looks like. It's real, it's raw, and it's a constant journey of learning. At the #EOSConference2025, you'll meet others navigating the same challenges. Together, we'll explore new ideas, hear fresh perspectives, and sharpen our tools for connection and impact. Don't miss the chance to recharge, realign, and reimagine your approach. Your next iteration starts here 👉 www.eosconference.com

You might have ADHD. Your foot is almost always on the gas pedal. Your drive? Let's be honest... it's probably too intense for most people to handle, right? And then, you hear this term: Visionary. People assume it's ego-driven. "Who do you think you are, Steve Jobs? Elon Musk?" The truth? Being a Visionary isn't about ego. It's about essence. It's about what makes you, you. But let's clear something up: There's a BIG difference between being a Visionary and being a CEO. If you try to live in both worlds, it'll drain the life out of you. When Visionaries stay true to their DNA, here's what they excel at: ✅ Generating big, strategic ideas. ✅ Seeing the big picture when others are lost in the weeds. ✅ Building strong external relationships. ✅ Closing huge deals. ✅ Inspiring teams with creative problem-solving. ✅ Innovating products and services that disrupt the market. But when you try to get bogged down in the daily grind? 📉 You lose your fire. 📉 Your entrepreneurial journey suffers. If this resonates, you're not alone. You're probably somewhere on the Visionary spectrum—maybe not Jobs or Musk level, but that's not the point. The key? Surround yourself with the right Integrator, someone who loves the details you hate. Together, you'll find freedom and maximize impact. Curious to know where you stand? There's an amazing tool called the Crystallizer Assessment. It scores you: Visionary, Integrator, or Neither. 🚀 https://lnkd.in/gaWqsWv7 Take it, and unlock the clarity you need. Because the world doesn't just need more Visionaries, it just needs you at your best.

Visionaries, you are a powerful force, bringing boundless energy and ideas to your company. Brainstorming is play for you because you love creating possibilities, solving creatively, and inspiring others. But when it's time to narrow down ideas and drive execution? That's where your Integrator shines. Here's the challenge: When Visionaries "swoop" into execution, they unintentionally create confusion. Think of those helicopter scenes in old movies—things flying everywhere, team members ducking! 🚁 Avoid this by following three essential rules: 1️⃣ Visionaries & Integrators must be crystal clear on the line between ideation and execution. 2️⃣ Visionaries should resist the urge to dive in and create chaos. 3️⃣ Teams should know when (and how) to ask Visionaries for input, using clear guidelines. When Visionaries and Integrators play to their strengths, it's a game-changer. Want to see how strong your Visionary/Integrator dynamic is? The Vision/Traction Organizer (a.k.a. V/TO) is a powerful tool designed to crystallize and communicate your company's vision and the steps necessary to achieve it. By distilling your vision into eight critical questions covering Core Values, focus, long-term targets, and marketing strategy, it creates a simple yet comprehensive framework. This clarity enables every member of your team to align with the company's direction, ensuring that everyone is working towards the same objectives with a clear understanding of their role in the journey. Implementing the V/TO not only aligns your team but also sets a solid foundation for execution, turning your vision into reality. It shifts the focus from what your business aims to achieve in the long run to what actions need to be taken in the short term to get there, including setting one-year plans and 90-day priorities, known as Rocks. This structured approach to strategic planning empowers leaders and teams to drive growth, increase accountability, and enhance discipline across the organization, making the V/TO an indispensable tool for businesses committed to achieving their goals. Having a strong V/I Duo is as important as strengthening the Six Key Components of your business. The Visionary is the big-picture thinker who is responsible for new ideas, major relationships, and company culture, while the Integrator focuses on execution, managing accountability, and overseeing business operations. This partnership is vital because it combines Visionary innovation with practical, grounded leadership, ensuring that the company's strategic goals are not just set but effectively pursued. Maintaining a strong V/I relationship is essential for company success. Regular communication through structured interactions like the Same Page Meeting keeps this duo aligned, fostering a united leadership front. This alignment is crucial for avoiding mixed messages and confusion within the organization. The strength of your V/I Duo directly influences how well your company can implement its vision and achieve operational excellence, driving business growth and success. Mark O'Donnell

Running a family business can be incredibly rewarding, but let's be real; it's not always easy. You're not just talking about metrics and strategy; you're working alongside people you deeply care about. Having those tough, honest conversations without stepping on sensitive toes? It feels like walking a tightrope. For Interim HealthCare Inc., they struggled to fully say what needed to be said. The fear of hurting feelings, whether it was mom, dad, or brother-in-law, was always there. But thanks to their EOS Implementer, Kyle, they've learned how to have those crucial conversations openly and respectfully. Kyle helped them understand the power of honesty in business while respecting family bonds. Now, they hold each other accountable and communicate without holding back, and they're truly trusting the process. If you're in a family business, don't underestimate the impact of clear, candid communication. Sometimes, the best way to strengthen family ties is to be brave enough to talk openly and trust the process that supports it. If you're ready to start talking about the hard stuff, it's time for an EOS Implementer 👉 https://lnkd.in/gaqNY_yf

Sometimes the universe tells you what you need to learn—and when to learn it. Learning the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) wasn’t on my 2024 bingo card, but here we are! And I’m so grateful it happened. EOS has made me a better leader, team member, and business owner. Here’s a quick look at my EOS Worldwide journey so far this year: 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 My colleagues at AcornOak Community and I learned about EOS from Megan Piper, MBA - and I was immediately intrigued. Megan’s insights sparked conversations that deepened my interest in the system. 𝗠𝗮𝘆 Soon after, I began working with a client who runs their organization on EOS. Talk about jumping in with both feet! To prepare, Raquel Castillo, MBA gave me a 30-60-90-day framework and a cheat sheet on the famous Level 10 meeting format. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝘆 I joined my first EOS Quarterly session as part of my client’s leadership team. We set 90-day company and personal Rocks, focusing on what truly mattered. Guided by my CEO client (who is also our Integrator), I learned to simplify goals and work collaboratively to knock them out as a team. 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 To gain a deeper understanding, I read Get a Grip, a fictional story about a team transforming their business with EOS. This book gave me a full-circle view of the system and how clarity, alignment, and traction drive results. 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 By the time of my client’s EOS Annual 2-day session, I was ready to dig in. With guidance from Michael Deutsch, our team refined our 10-year target, 3-year picture, and 1-year plan. The Identify-Discuss-Solve (IDS) process was a game-changer for solving issues, and the One Thing exercise brought us closer together as a team. 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 I capped off this 7 month learning journey with an EOS workshop led by Elizabeth Davis here in Austin for members of the old girls club. It was enlightening to explore EOS both through the lens of a solopreneur and leader working with EOS clients. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your generosity today and Taylor Wilson for organizing the session for OGC. It was lovely to meet you in person Amy (Wolcott) York and see you CallMeJZai📽 J.! 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿? EOS has shown me how structure and focus can transform organizations—and how these same principles can help my clients grow and retain their customers, building lifetime value. If you’re considering EOS for your business, I highly recommend connecting with amazing EOS implementers like Megan Piper, Raquel Castillo, Michael Deutch, and Elizabeth Davis. They’ve been invaluable to my journey, and I know they can help you strengthen your organization too.

If I had known about the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) 10 years ago, I’d have saved myself a LOT of guesswork. Gino Wickman EOS Worldwide just clicks. It brings structure to the chaos of running a business. And highlights the pieces many of us overlook. In EOS, there are two key roles: Visionaries – The strategists, the idea people (often the CEO or founder). Integrators – The operational powerhouses who bring the vision to life. For me, my sweet spot has always been in the Visionary role. Realizing this has changed how I approach: - Leadership - Goal-setting - Accountability - Team structure If you're an entrepreneur feeling overwhelmed or a bit stuck, I highly recommend Traction by Gino Wickman. 📖 It might just be the missing piece you've been looking for. I’m not a paid spokesperson for EOS.. just a raving fan. #Entrepreneurship #Leadership #EOS #BusinessBooks #Founder
