See pictures of Philip Constantino in action, speaking about leveraging Procore for digital transportation in the construction industry.
Two weeks ago, Jacob Shavel and Patrick Besser attended Procore Technologies’s Groundbreak conference in Denver, CO. They met with industry peers from across the country, learned about exciting developments in the ConTech space, and shared successes from the past year of implementing Procore across our project portfolio. Additionally, we are proud that Jacob participated in a panel titled “The Trojan Horse of Digital Evolution: Leveraging Procore for Cultural Transformation in Civil and Infrastructure,” where he highlighted TCE's commitment to innovation and constant improvement, and shared stories of our successes in implementing new technologies. A key takeaway from the session was the lesson that change may be directed from the top-down, but it is driven from the bottom-up. When implementing a new process or system, leaders must work with team members across all levels to display value for them, not just for the company. This is best summarized by the maxim “unique motivations, shared results.” TCE has committed to this people-first mindset as the best way to drive change and it has been a critical component of the approach that has helped us achieve our goals. #TCE #IovinoEnterprises #Innovation
