It's FSI Training Week here at Supportworks HQ in Omaha! We've got dealers from around North America attending department-specific training sessions for Sales, Production, HR, Marketing and Customer Care. Plus, they're doing some joint training to instill a true One Team mindset that will help set them up for success when they head back home. It's been great having so many folks here at our main campus. And while the windy, wet November weather wasn't the best, the camaraderie was warm and inviting. Last week, we welcomed Thrasher Partners dealers from across the country to Omaha for the third annual Thrasher Partners Summit. Representatives from all 11 of our Thrasher Partners dealers gathered here at Supportworks HQ to share their vision and gain alignment as they continue the Thrasher family's mission of redefining the contracting industry. They also enjoyed a little social time, joining in the Thrasher Partner Olympic Games at Smash Park, a local entertainment and food venue. South Dakota's Blackburn Foundation Repair won the event, with Virginia's NV Waterproofing coming in second.
