On Wednesday, Graham & Company broke ground on a $52 million, state-of-the-art 460,000 SF facility in Montgomery, AL for Hyundai MOBIS. This expansion project began with Graham & Company's Industrial brokerage team working with Hyundai MOBIS and the existing landowner, then Graham & Company Development stepping in to assemble a design/build team to make Hyundai MOBIS's vision a reality.
