HCAN's mission is to Advance the Health Center Movement. HCAN is committed to expanding and enhancing access to quality, community-responsive care for Nebraska’s health centers. HCAN leads training and technical assistance for Nebraska’s community health centers while providing advocacy and education for the patients within their communities.

As health center finance moves upstream and continues to increase in complexity, finance departments will need to adapt to achieve optimum performance. Join us for this CPE-eligible training as we analyze the changing role of the CFO in today’s CHCs. This session will focus on communicating complex financial matters to non-financial stakeholders; providing overall direction to the finance department; ensuring resources are allocated appropriately; providing strategies for forecasting and managing prospective financial outcomes; the CEO/CFO partnership; and more.
