Each year for the past dozen years I’ve participated in the Covenant House executive sleepout, sleeping outside on the hard ground in the freezing cold. However, it has become painfully obvious that I am now too old. So as an alternative, I’m going to freeze for a moment rather than all night long. I will do the Polar Bear Plunge on February 1 to raise funds for the schools I support in rural Honduras. I am asking you to sponsor me with a small donation. October marked Hope Beckham Espinosa's 30th anniversary. Much has changed in the last three decades - both in business and in the world. Our founder Bob Hope reflected on our evolution as an agency, and how we have thrived through it all.

Congratulations to our HBE friends, Maria Saporta and Clark Howard! Both were inducted into The Atlanta Press Club Hall of Fame last night. Maria is the founder of the SaportaReport and Atlanta Way 2.0, where HBE Co-Founder and Chairman Bob Hope proudly serves on the board. HBE Executive Vice President Mark Meltzer had the special honor of introducing Clark at the awards ceremony, as they have co-authored ten books together, three of which made it onto the The New York Times Best Sellers list.

We had a wonderful time at the Meet and Greet for MAP International's new CEO, Christopher Palumbo, held at the Carter Center last night. While we will miss Steve Stirling, we are excited to see MAP continue to grow and flourish under Chris's leadership.

We had an amazing time at the Georgia Lions Lighthouse Foundation's Evening in the End Zone on Tuesday night. It was a fantastic evening supporting a great organization, and we are already looking forward to next year's event!
