As the industry prepares for #JPM2025, we’re calling on leaders to consider how they might share the wealth as deals get done. #LifeScienceShares is a new way to pledge a percent of future earnings or success, ensuring that when we do well, our greater community can also benefit. In this episode, we hear from Jeff Marrazzo, co-founder of Spark Therapeutics, Inc., Robert Blum, CEO of Cytokinetics, Sarah Boyce, CEO of Avidity Biosciences, Inc., and Ron Cooper, CEO of enGene, on why they committed to sharing the wealth and how it benefits the business.
