…and that’s a wrap on the 2024 CSX Santa Train! #TeamMBPR traveled to East Tennessee to help CSX and Team Santa Train spread holiday cheer to their neighbors in Appalachia. CSX hosted a community event in Erwin, Tenn., for residents of the region that was recently devastated by Hurricane Helene. The CSX Holiday Express was a snowy night with a special performance by Drew Holcomb, food provided by Chick-fil-A Restaurants and holiday cheer. Then our team hopped on the CSX Santa Train, an 82-year tradition, to ride 110 miles through Kentucky, Southwest Virginia and Tennessee delivering toys and winter accessories to families in Appalachia.🎅🚂

#TeamMBPR and a few of our amazing clients and friends attended the Nashville Downtown Partnership Annual Meeting and Awards Luncheon yesterday. We heard from esteemed author and city planner Jeff Speck about managing growth and city planning in a rapidly developing place like Nashville. It was perfect timing with the How Nashville Moves transit referendum passing last week!
