We are deeply grateful to the incredible students of Blue Ridge High School for an unforgettable Spirit Week last week. Despite facing many challenges, these students showed resilience, unity, and so much heart as they raised an astounding $33,368 for our mission! Tigers, you have inspired us all and embody the true meaning of coming together as a community. Congratulations again and thank you for making a difference.

🤝 Lend a hand this weekend—help deliver emergency meal kits (EMKs)! We are looking for volunteer help this Saturday, January 25 from 9-10:30 a.m. Our EMKs supply each of our active clients with three days worth of shelf stable meals to use in an emergency event that prevents us from delivering as scheduled. We had a full house today with two community groups, from Bob Jones University and Alpha Kappa Alpha, bringing in over 25 volunteers—each—to attend volunteer orientation and deliver routes in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Thank you all—and every other volunteer who lent their hands today—for honoring Dr. King’s legacy by serving others. 💙

Four of our very own Meals on Wheels of Greenville Young Professionals were asked to participate in a panel discussion today for Youth Leadership Greenville’s session on leadership and community. This program, offered through the Greenville County School District, aims to develop future leaders by equipping high school students with essential leadership skills and fostering active community involvement. John, Laura, Karla and Will—great job today! Your willingness to share your experiences and insights with these future leaders is truly admirable.
