Redan som tonåring i början av 2000-talet fastnade Caroline för en smakrik mungbönsburgare, den så kallade Orsa-Burgaren, producerad i dåvarande hemorten Orsa. Efter att länge sökt likvärdiga vegetariska alternativ beslutade sig entreprenören Caroline för att söka upp upphovsmannen till mungbönsburgaren i sin hemby Orsa. Nu lanserar de två en helt ny generation vegetabiliska proteinkällor, producerade av mungbönor, under namnet Oh! Mungood.

So...We wanted to talk to food influencers about "Eating aware". About how we prepare, how we eat and what we eat can have the greatest effect on the planet, the body and the mind. So we teamed up with Anja Jelinek and OnePan at Vallgatan 12 and through a hell of a dinner to 13 really impactful food people. We served natural wines and talked about why we should drink them. Most of all, we laughed, we cooked food and for a little while in history. We felt like we actually mattered and made a different. We are extra excited since both Caroline Nilsson and Lisa Laurell have a love for the UK and London especially. OMG Germany update There is so much going on for us in Germany that we have not had the time to update you. So we won the prestigious award “internorga future food award" this spring. Since then our awesome distributor VALUE FOOD have been working so hard to get more people to try Oh Mungood products in Germany. For example - We are now at two large reseller - Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG and EDEKA Foodservice Handelshof Management GmbH - We are on the menu at Burgerheart Franchise GmbH with both bits and burgers. A really nice collaboration. - We are being served at the University of Münster and at the kindergarden and schools in Stuttgart and Munich. We have more exciting news to come! Go Germany!
