About us
In 5, 10, or 50 years from now, where will you be? What about your organization? Will its "why" have changed or will it still be advancing its Kingdom Purpose? On Mission was founded to address the concerns of Mission Driven leaders, helping them define, protect, and champion their core Purpose. Through practical workshops, assessments, and tailored consulting services, we help leaders maximize their eternal impact, now and for generations of leaders to come. On Mission’s services were unintentionally incubated at HOPE International following the publication of the book Mission Drift in 2014. Following the book, On Mission’s founder developed mission-focused assessments to discern how well HOPE’s global offices were doing in fulfilling its Mission. During this time other organizations began approaching HOPE for support in keeping their organization’s on Mission. To meet this demand for workshops and assessments, On Mission was created. Today, On Mission’s services include a growing range of assessments, workshops, strategy and change management engagements, all with the same focus on providing Kingdom-focused leaders with practical support to advance their Mission. As a distinctively Christian management consulting and design firm, we seek to advance our clients Christ-centered ambitions in every engagement.
