Apply now for up to $15K in grant funding for your startup! 💸 Each year, PennHealthX provides student healthcare-related ventures of all stages with grant funding to encourage and support entrepreneurship at Penn Medicine. We are now putting out an open call for pitches. Grants have historically ranged from $1,000 to $2,000 but can be larger (up to $15K) depending on demonstrated need. 🏥 ELIGIBILITY: Teams must include at least one Penn medical student, recent Penn medical school graduate (<2 years removed from terminal degree), or Penn medical trainee who plays an integral role in the venture (as evidenced by your pitch). Priority will be given to ventures from current PSOM students. Follow-on funding is possible but cannot be applied for in the cycle following initial funding, and applications for additional funding must demonstrate clear progress with initial grant.⚕ PROCESS: After applying, select teams will receive an invitation to pitch their company to the PennHealthX investment team. We expect to have a funding decision shortly after your pitch. This process is rolling, and HealthX will issue grants before the final deadline.
