Last evening PASD hosted their first Assistive Technology Family Gathering presented by the CCIU.   Families who have children that use a device for communication, reinforcement or other functions related to disability gathered to learn strategies for utilizing the device outside of the school day.  It was a great evening and time for families to connect and ask questions.   Special thanks to Mrs. Fortescue, Special Education Teacher and Mrs. Colley, Special Education Supervisor,  for coordinating and planning this event.   Special thanks to Mrs. Clinton, Mrs. Hobbs, Mrs. Shields, and EdRising under the direction of Mrs. Ehrenzeller for support and childcare so families could attend!
