Never tie up a service bay without ensuring you have all the necessary parts to complete the repair. It is amazing how something so little and so simple is overlooked in service departments every day. When we skip or don't do the little things right, we create undue stress and frustration not only in our service departments but also for our customers.

The past few years of my life have been filled with challenges and setbacks. It would be an understatement to say they were difficult, but they have also been rewarding. At the end of last year, I achieved a significant milestone by publishing my book, "Service by the Boxes," which became the 10th best-selling heavy equipment book on BookAuthority's list. This year has been equally eventful, as I have been involved in webinars, podcasts, and writing articles and blogs. Additionally, I have taken on a new role as the Director of Dealer Accounts for Jordan Sitter Associates. Looking ahead, next year promises to be just as exciting.
