Rewriting the Code is proud to be a part of the $150M commitment from Pivotal Ventures, Melinda French Gates’ organization, to help women thrive in the workplace. “Women have made large gains in women's power and influence in the workplace; however, our research shows that women are more likely to face barriers and make tough trade-offs when advancing in their careers,” said Renee Wittemyer, Vice President of Program Strategy at Pivotal. "We are thrilled to provide the necessary funding to support organizations who are helping to remove those barriers so that women can thrive at work." We can always count on URx to create a magical event! Last week, two of our stellar RTC team members traveled to the #URxLeadersSummit to connect and gain insights from the recruiting community. A special thank you to the URx team for providing a platform for our VP of Strategy & Operations, Jessica Furness, to share insights from our community in her live session, "Building the Future Workforce: Strategies for Hiring Early Talent in EMEA." If you missed the opportunity to meet with the team in San Diego, connect with Jessica Furness and Nicole W., to learn how you can get involved with our community!

The season of giving is here! 🎁 There are only a few days left in the year to help provide critical funds to undergraduate women in tech who need our support. When you donate to RTC, your contributions go directly toward the Women in Tech Fund, which provides emergency financial assistance to undergraduate women in tech facing unexpected challenges on their path to graduation. Help close the gap for women in tech who need your support by donating today: https://teamrtc.co/4fn8nzy. #WomenInTech #GiveBack #SupportWomenInTech

What an experience getting to attend a regional hackathon at Microsoft's Enfield, London office! 🤩 Every year, Microsoft hosts regional hackathons to dive deep into the tech world and pave the way for learning acceleration and improved educational outcomes. The theme for this hackathon was "AI for Neurodiverse Learners," and RTC got a special invite for ten members to participate in two teams. Both teams did a spectacular job, and one team walked away as the winner of the best customer solution! 💡✨ Congratulations!
