2023 was, without a doubt, our company’s most challenging year. As 2024 began, uncertainty loomed large. We hoped for a better year but never anticipated just how extraordinary it would turn out to be. This year, we didn’t just recover — we reinvented. We expanded, welcomed new leaders, launched a new line of business, acquired a company, earned media recognition, won awards, created incredible work for our clients, and most importantly, regained our confidence. Through it all, we did what we do best: Rose to the challenge. And that’s because of you. This company isn’t called RISE by accident. They say hitting the five-year mark is a milestone — a symbol of maturity, stability, and the beginning of prosperity for small businesses. I say it’s just the beginning. The next year, the next five years, and beyond? We’ll do it all over again — and do it even better. We’re here to stay. There’s only one direction we’re headed: forward. As we close out the year, I invite you to revisit our manifesto.
