Yesterday, we gathered at The Salvation Army Siemon Center with Fondation CMA CGM to distribute 1,500 turkeys and Thanksgiving food staples to thousands of individuals and families facing hunger and food insecurity in Los Angeles. Each family received a turkey and enough food to create a complete Thanksgiving meal for 4-6 people. This incredible effort wouldn’t have been possible without the support of CMA CGM, CEVA Logistics, APL, and Fenix Marine Services volunteers! The Salvation Army continues to provide disaster relief to families and first responders impacted by the #MountainFire in Ventura County. We served meals, snacks, and drinks at the emergency shelter in Camarillo in partnership with the American Red Cross.
