Last week, we were proud to welcome our #Tagueri (Scalian Group) and #ScalianSpain colleagues to Toulouse for two days of collaborative work and enriching exchanges with following teams: Legal, Insurance, Facilities, Quality and Compliance, Purchases, and Integration. On the agenda: 🔹 Creating Group synergies to harmonize our practices and strengthen our shared approach in service of our clients and partners. 🔹 Collaborative workshops on key topics such as the contract lifecycle, international clients, insurance, purchasing and real estate contract management, as well as quality and compliance. 🔹 Presentation of the new Contract Lifecycle Management Software, highlighting our commitment to simplifying and securing our practices on an international scale. Despite a rainy weather, these shared moments provided an opportunity to strengthen the bonds between our teams across Europe. The Toulouse teams even received an Advent calendar from their German colleagues, perfectly symbolizing the warm and festive spirit of this collaboration. A huge thank you to all the teams involved in hosting our guests for their dedication and enthusiasm. As part of the European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, and within the framework of a global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy of Scalian, I had the opportunity to attend an insightful event organized by Floriane POIRSON The event featured an innovative virtual reality experience, designed to help us better understand how different forms of disability can impact daily professional life. Through various scenarios, we explored the challenges individuals may face in the workplace and the importance of frameworks like the Recognition of the Status of Disabled Worker (RQTH) in fostering inclusion and support.
