👏 At Seatrium, we deeply value the transformative power of employee-driven #innovation. That’s why our INOVE Program at the Angra dos Reis yard in Brazil is a cornerstone of our innovation-led workplace advancements.   Since its inception in 2012, the #INOVE Program aims to empower our team to share the best ideas and insights, driving operational excellence, innovation and increased employee #engagement. This year, which marks the 12th year of the program, saw an overwhelming 38 outstanding project submissions, involving over 150 employees. A ceremony to recognise the top projects was recently held, and it was a remarkable moment for everyone involved as we came together to celebrate the innovative spirit of our team. Renan Faria, Acting President of Seatrium Angra dos Reis, congratulated the participants and expressed sincere appreciation for their exceptional contributions.   This year’s winning project introduced innovative solutions to optimize piping design and planning, exemplifying employee-led innovation in our operations. The project successfully automated repetitive tasks by developing specialised software, significantly reducing manual interventions and resource consumption. This achievement highlights the impact that small, thoughtful improvements can have on operational efficiency and long-term success. 🚢 Seatrium Limited is excited to announce that it has secured a contract from BP Exploration and Production Inc. (bp) for the Kaskida Floating Production Unit (FPU) project in the US Gulf of Mexico, following the LOI award earlier this year.   The Kaskida project is a greenfield development is located 250 miles southwest of New Orleans, in the Keathley Canyon area, and will feature a topside module supported by a four-column semi-submersible hull. The Kaskida FPU is designed to produce 80,000 barrels of crude oil per day from six wells in its first phase.   Seatrium’s scope of work includes engineering, procurement, construction, and onshore commissioning (EPC), with topside integration and lifting to be carried out by our world-class Goliath twin cranes, offering a combined lifting capacity of 30,000 tonnes. 💙🌟 Making Waves of Change In Communities We Operate🌟💙 At Seatrium, we believe in the power of community. Last week, our CSR and community arm, 'The Wave Makers', launched a mission to support the Wali Songo Orphanage in Batam. In unison, our #OneSeatrium family across five yards came together to donate over 2,000 new items, including daily essentials, household and electrical goods, as well as educational supplies, to the Wali Songo Orphanage.  🫶 Seatrium shares a close relationship with our friends in Batam. Our yard has been in operations for close to 20 years there, and we are deeply appreciative of this opportunity to serve the Wali Songo Orphanage through our community initiatives, guided by the #Care and #Progress pillars of our #WaveMakers framework. 💙 This experience filled our hearts with joy and purpose. Beyond delivering essentials, 'The Wave Makers' from Batam and Singapore also volunteered to improve living conditions at the Orphanage. 💪Our volunteers worked hard to create a nurturing environment for the children. We transformed the courtyard into a safe space for play, replaced the old roof for better protection, and freshened up the walls with bright paint. Additionally, we set up a library to inspire learning and growth and enriched the children's learning experience on #sustainability, with the donation of 100 ducks to promote sustainable living! ⚽️ The volunteers also bonded well with the children over a few games of soccer matches - sharing smiles and laughter! The visit concluded with a heartfelt ceremony, but the impact of our efforts extended far beyond that day. A BIG Thank You to our incredible 'The Wave Maker' teams in Singapore and Batam - your dedication and generous spirits drove this success! Paddles Up for the Seatrium Dragonboat Orientation Program 2024!🌊   Last weekend, Seatrium proudly hosted the second edition of our Dragonboat Orientation Program. Organized by our CSR and community engagement team, 'The Wave Makers', the event centered on the "Care" pillar of our mission, aligning with our Good Health & Well-Being theme.    With 88 enthusiastic participants from #OneSeatrium, the day was filled with energy, teamwork, and plenty of fun! The adrenalin-rushed dragon boating event inspired our participants to adopt active lifestyles and share memorable experiences, with the picturesque Passion Wave @ Lakeside Gardens as backdrop.    BIG Thanks to our #OneSeatrium participants and the organising committee, 'The Wave Makers', for a curating a meaningful morning of team bonding that aptly encapsulates our ethos: "With Our Hearts and Minds, We Make Waves, We Create Impact."
