There's an avalanche of change coming that will smother us if we're not prepared. It's related to AI, but not the generative AI that's all the rage. This avalanche is the speed at which technology buyers have shifted to using AI to get help with their biggest challenges, rather than talk to our sales reps and read our marketing messages. Calling all CAB Leaders 🗣 As you have experienced, a major challenge in CAB management is the outsized involvement of the sponsoring company across all CAB aspects – design, charter, recruitment, agenda, and ongoing operations. The role of members in many CABs is limited to showing up to the annual meeting and participating in a few conference calls throughout the year.
