    For our partners (employees), we are proud to launch the Starbucks Prime Network, an employee resource group dedicated to meeting the unique needs and interests of individuals approaching their 40s and beyond.    Starbucks Prime Network fosters a community of like-minded partners, offering valuable insights and perspectives while providing support to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities that arise during this stage of life.    “Like all of our Partner Networks, we break down bias through awareness and conversations," said national co-chair and district manager Jennifer during the launch event earlier this month. "It’s a network that everyone can identify with, because at some point all of us will be in the prime of our lives."   Partner Networks help build communities of belonging and find opportunities to learn, celebrate, contribute and reflect on the diverse cultures, experiences and beliefs that make us human.     People have always been the heart and soul of Starbucks, and Mellody Hobson has worked tirelessly on behalf of partners, customers, farmers, communities and shareholders over her nearly 20 years on the board of Starbucks.
