  • Refugees need jobs — now more than ever. As political climates shift and support for displaced populations ebbs and flows, refugees continue to face unimaginable challenges. Many spend years in limbo, surviving in countries where their futures are uncertain, despite having the skills that companies and communities need. With your help, we can change that. The Refugee Opportunity Fund supports qualified refugees as they rebuild their lives by relocating on safe and legal pathways for work. In some cases, as little as $500 USD prevents qualified candidates from seizing job opportunities and securing a brighter future. Your contribution helps bridge that critical financial gap. TBB’s 2022–2025 Candidate Responses Survey Report reveals the powerful impact of labor mobility. On average, refugees who relocated with TBB are earning 450% more than in displacement, and 70% are sending remittances back home, supporting their families with vital resources for education, healthcare, and basic needs. Your donation helps displaced talent access safe and legal employment pathways, while supporting the families they’re rebuilding for with a brighter future. Donations help ensure refugees can fulfill their potential and thrive in their new communities. Now is the time to act. Support the Refugee Opportunity Fund today, and help refugees make the transition to their new lives. Together, we can change the narrative around displacement and make a lasting impact. 🇮🇹 Pioneering Refugee Employment Opportunities The first two refugees have arrived in Italy through a new programme, "Labor Corridors for Refugees." “The programme is part of a pioneering approach aimed at offering both refugees and Italian businesses a mutually beneficial solution. Through the initiative, more refugees will arrive in the coming weeks from Uganda, Jordan and Colombia. Other training programmes will be launched in 2025, with more than 100 refugees expected to arrive in Italy by the end of the year. “ This initiative not only works to address the labour shortage in Italy but also offers a lifeline to those fleeing conflict and persecution. Supporting and expanding such impactful programs creates win-win situations for both refugees and host communities. Read more at link below: #LabourMobility #ComplementaryPathways  UNHCR, the UN Refugee AgencyTalent Beyond Boundaries, Pathways International, Don Bosco Cairo,
