    TerraLex is Hiring: Regional Director for North America, Central America & the Caribbean TerraLex, a leading global network of business law firms, seeks a strategic and relationship-driven professional to join our team as Regional Director. This role is pivotal in fostering collaboration among member firms, driving business development, and representing TerraLex across the region. Key Responsibilities: -Build and nurture relationships with member firms, fostering collaboration and engagement. -Identify business development opportunities, including meeting with clients to present TerraLex’s value proposition. -Lead regional targeting activities to secure instructions from prospective clients. -Manage large-scale client initiatives and address service or quality issues when they arise. -Actively promote member firms’ areas of expertise to potential clients and other TerraLex members. -Collaborate with global teams to support member needs, strengthen member engagement, and coordinate events. -Facilitate the use of TerraLex’s online platforms to enhance communication and knowledge sharing. -Represent TerraLex at global and regional meetings, industry conferences, and client-facing events. Key Competencies: -Client-focused approach with a proactive and solution-driven attitude. Exceptional communication skills, including confident verbal presentations and concise, accurate writing. -Strong project management capabilities, including planning, collaboration, and knowledge sharing. -Global outlook and cultural awareness, with a high level of familiarity in the legal sector. -Proven ability to manage relationships with senior leaders and clients across multiple jurisdictions. -Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required. -This role requires a willingness to travel globally several times a year and a passion for connecting people and opportunities across borders. business development activities for the benefit of our members. Regional Directors identify and pursue business 
and client development opportunities that would benefit from a coordinated TerraLex response, promote and 
communicate the TerraLex advantage and value proposition, shepherd referrals, manage large scale client 
initiatives, and serve as ambassadors for the TerraLex brand. Duties and responsibilities may change over time, 
and all TerraLex team members are expected to work collaboratively and be able to assist any other department 
in times of need.

    We wrapped up Day 2 of the TerraLex Global Meeting with a cocktail reception at Carey’s stunning offices, setting the stage for a productive and engaging Day 3. Day 3 began with an exploration of sustainability, featuring insights from startups and established companies on integrating green practices into their operations. This was followed by a dynamic session on navigating startup laws across jurisdictions, highlighting the legal challenges and opportunities across global markets. The day also included the second part of the Member-to-Member program, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across the TerraLex network.
