Updates

  • We are collecting donations to create Blessing Bags for individuals experiencing homelessness during the upcoming Point-in-Time Count on Wednesday, January 29th. This annual count provides a snapshot of homelessness in our community and helps guide resources to those in need. You can donate individual items like toiletries, socks, gloves, snacks, or other necessities to help us assemble these care packages. Donations need to be dropped off at United Way of the Lakeshore by January 10th. Your generosity can make a meaningful difference in helping others feel seen and supported. Thank you for being part of this important effort!

  • We’re sending a huge shout-out to La Cocina Sanchez, a new local restaurant, for adopting a 13-person family through our Adopt a Working Family program! You and your customer's generosity and holiday spirit helped bring joy to those who needed it most. Stay tuned as we receive more photos from our other partners to share our Christmas joy!
