The final steel girder for the I-95/896 interchange improvement project was placed last week! Pictured below is the new ramp that will take I-95 southbound traffic to Route 896 northbound and southbound, eliminating what was a high crash area. This ramp is scheduled to open in mid-2025. In total, 37 steel girders were required for the new interchange. #netde #ConstructionUpdate
