1 in 4 men over 30 experience low testosterone (low-T). Yet, of those living with Testosterone Deficiency, only ~5% seek or receive treatment. For those that do, the treatment isn’t always medically sound. This often-overlooked condition can significantly impact a man's physical and mental health, as well as his productivity and job performance. In fact, 51% of men report deterioration in work performance due to Low-T. Low-T can affect: 🧠 Brain function: Impacting memory, focus, and mood. ❤️ Cardiovascular health: Increasing the risk of heart disease and stroke. 💪 Muscle mass and bone density: Leading to weakness and increased risk of fractures. Despite the significant benefits of testosterone therapy, outdated regulations continue to hinder access. Fortunately, recent studies like the Traverse trial have challenged these misconceptions and highlighted the safety and efficacy of treatment. WIN is committed to supporting men's health through our WINHealth and WIN PowerPause solutions. Our comprehensive solutions help men seeking guidance, information, and treatment for age-related testosterone decline, Testosterone Deficiency, and their associated symptoms. The goal? Reclaiming vitality. Ready to offer a solution supporting the health and well-being of your male employees? Request a demo to learn more about WINHealth and WIN PowerPause: https://lnkd.in/e6BvH5tp

Menopause isn’t just a healthcare concern; it’s a business concern that all organizations should consider. WIN Chief Strategy Officer, Shelly MacConnell spoke with HR BarTender about the critical need for employee support when it comes to perimenopause and menopause. Without it, businesses not only risk losing their most valued employees and but also risk seeing broader impacts on their bottom line. While menopause benefits are becoming more prevalent in the workplace, only about 15% of companies currently offer them—despite 64% of women saying they want menopause-specific benefits. More concerning, only one in five OB/GYNs receive menopause training leading to 73% of women not receiving the necessary treatment for menopause symptoms—leading to 99% of women reporting that menopause symptoms have negatively impacted their careers. WIN PowerPause is a comprehensive solution designed to support employees through the complexities of perimenopause and menopause and andropause. 👩🏻⚕️Personalized clinical guidance: WIN Nurse Care Advocates are experts experts, dedicated to helping members navigate the complexities of hormonal aging. 🔎Evidence-based treatment protocols: Nurse Care Advocates refer members to virtual providers who specialize in perimenopause, menopause, and andropause care and provide evidence-based treatments tailored to each member’s unique needs. 📚Educational resources: WIN’s expert-written and vetted content is designed to support members navigating the many challenges of hormonal aging. Menopause doesn’t have to impact your employees’ day to day—nor your bottom line. Request a demo of WIN PowerPause to learn more: https://lnkd.in/e6BvH5tp
