Arguments of an NPP member being a Supreme Court Judge and sitting on the judgment which is linked with four(4) vacate seats in parliament. Most of us do vote and belong to various institutions in this country working for the generality of the nation. But the issue is this and I am making general statements. It is very important that no matter where you are placed to work, you should do all you can to help Ghana develop. Positive attitudes like honesty, integrity, loyal and many others must be exhibited at the workplace.Think of your country first. You should bear in mind that we are many in this country but you got the opportunity to hold that portfolio. It will be in your own interest to serve and serve well. You are to work for generations to celebrate and applaud you as well. This is the country we have.Make sure you do your work with all honesty and commitment.Think of the masses out there and how you can work to benefit us. Ghanaians have repost their trust in you and do not have to disappoint us but serve mother Ghana for you to be rewarded. BA,MA,PGDE,LLB.

Earlier this week, on 05/06/24, the team @justicerevivedfdn was represented by the Founder & Executive Director @ Janice Tiwah Oware, Esq. and @Lord Aggrey Jnr. who had an insightful discussion on TV Africa's morning show @tvafricanetwork @tvafricagh regarding access to justice. One major challenge faced by the justice delivery system here in Ghana is access to justice. Statistically, it's been found that the ratio of lawyers' availability to assist citizens is 1 lawyer to over a million Ghanaians. This is alarming, hence the need to create more awareness about the law, initiatives, and procedures in place to bridge the gap as well as the benefits. #JRF #accesstojustice #tvafricagh #legalissues #law #justiceinitiatives

What is success? It is being able to go to bed each night with your soul at peace. ## Seida Shena Nkrumah: ‘Transparency, Fairness, Respect, Empathy, Truthfulness, Integrity, and Professionalism’. The only truth about my strength is focus. This is not just a statement; it is my guiding principle and it is how I strive to live my life, both personally and professionally. MY ‘MAIN’ Focus is to ‘Remain’ Focused. ( Ibrahim Kwame Asante) This quote leads directly to this conclusion. I am a firm advocate for the principle of equal justice for all. Regardless of citizenship, socioeconomic status, or influence, every individual deserves fair and impartial treatment under the law. Justice should be dispensed equitably, ensuring that those who merit it receive a just outcome. I am dedicated to conducting thorough and impartial investigations, with the unwavering goal of uncovering the truth in every instance. My commitment extends to ensuring that both complainants and suspects receive a fair and transparent process, ultimately striving for outcomes that are just and satisfactory for all involved. I integrate personal morals, the natural laws of the country and the ethics of Ghana police service to uphold and implement the law effectively.

Ghana positions itself as "the gateway to Africa," and Ghanaians consider themselves hospitable. The nation undoubtedly remains a preferred destination for numerous immigrants due to its historical and contemporary appeal. However, public attitudes towards immigrants in Ghana remain understudied. In my recent article, I examined the influence of crime (i.e., theft, physical assault, armed robbery) on public attitudes towards immigrants in Ghana. The full article can be accessed using this link: https://lnkd.in/d_5YqPx8 .

Did you know that the last #Execution in #Ghana was carried out in the year 1993? Amnesty International’s death sentences and executions 2023 report indicates that, there were a total of 180 people known to be on death row in Ghana. However, Ghana has taken some very bold legislative steps to abolish the death penalty partially. Look at the searches on my Profile The South African Police. SAPS Can you even imagine? Me searched by SAPS Well let's get this sorted. #dalmarconstruction are in South Africa and they are my Link to #RivungoShangomboProject Are they trying to intimidate me? I have said you received $31Million from Angolan government already. Give some Houses to Rivungo administration. Only fair. The Governor of Cuando Cubango will be Honoured to have decent accommodation for staff. While Clay Disposal negotiate the balance of total balance - be reasonable and give some houses for the administration of Rivungo. African business has to change. Companies have to change. Give back to population around you. That is my argument.... The houses have been empty since #2014 #ministeriodetransporte #rivungoshangomboproject #ministryoftransportangola #ricardodeviegasabreu #ruicarreira #angola - Angola 🇦🇴
