iT1 - Best place to work. I have been a reseller for almost 16 years now. I worked a little over 11 years at my last employer, and I have been at iT1 for over 4 1/2 years. A couple of weeks ago, I was on a call with one of the owners and a customer. When I introduced the owner as technically my manager, he corrected me, stating that he was not my manager—my customers were my managers. I work for them, and they dictate my job and what I need to do. It's incredible to work for a company that truly believes and acknowledges that the customers come first and are actually our managers. iT1 has no quotas, no forecasting, no busywork, no company manager, and no micromanaging of their sales team. We only hire those who have been in the business for a while and understand the customer-first mentality. I am so proud to be part of the iT1 family. Caught up with my friend Graham Goodkind CEO of Frank PR , for a great chat about mentorship, diversity, recruitment, and how the PR world is evolving. We also talked about Global Purpose Enterprise exciting plans for 2025. Last week, our recruiting teams had an awesome training session led by Helena Laus on teamwork principles and different personality types, using the Belbin system. It was truly eye-opening! Each of us got to explore our strengths and learn how to use them effectively. Helena reminded us that every team has different personality types, but there's always a key to getting along with each one - you just need to know where to find it 😉. Helena also shared a cool tip: instead of jumping to a quick yes or no when presented with a proposal, it's wise to take a step back, ask questions, and take time to consider. Your initial reaction might not always align with your final decision. These tips aren't just useful at work, they're handy in everyday life too! It was a great chance for our Lithuanian, Latvian, and Estonian teams to hang out in person, and we even managed to capture a group photo. Here's to a fruitful Spring ahead for everyone! 🌷
