Today we continue with information about our presence at Light + Building: In addition to the focus on busbars, we will be presenting our portfolio of aluminium terminal blocks (RKA) in Frankfurt am Main, which has been extended by two smaller cross-sections: the single-pole variant RKA 16 with a connection cross-section of up to 16 mm² is available immediately, while the single-pole variant RKA 35 with a connection cross-section of up to 35 mm² will be available from Q2 2024. "With the introduction of the two new RKA variants, we are rounding off our product portfolio in this area. Up to now, entry was only possible from a connection cross-section of up to 50 mm²," explains Ewald Voß, Head of BU Components. "Now users will be able to use terminal blocks from HORA eTec from a connection cross-section of 16 mm²." The two new models also offer the proven product features such as the compact design, identification, any number of stacking options and worldwide approvals for connecting copper and aluminium conductors. The portfolio expansion offers significant benefits to users: "HORA eTec is the only manufacturer able to offer this terminal block portfolio from 16 mm² to 300 mm²," says Voß. In addition, the new, versatile solution saves space - and offers flexibility for different applications. This is because HORA eTec's terminal blocks are designed to be used in numerous areas and industries: installation, mechanical engineering, industrial systems, automation and even renewable energies such as photovoltaic systems.
