The ICGS Student Leadership Conference in Sydney, Australia, is more than an event—it’s a pivotal experience for young leaders in girls' schools worldwide. Students who attend leave with lessons that go beyond leadership in the traditional sense. As one participant shared, “Leadership encompasses so much more than directing a team—it’s about self-care, listening, communicating for others, thinking on your feet, and knowing how to compromise.” Here's how other attendees described the profound impact: ⭐ “Encouraged me to put myself out there more, be vulnerable, bold, and unafraid to make mistakes.” ⭐ “Fostered a sense of sisterhood and togetherness.” ⭐ “Built my confidence as a leader.” ⭐ “Changed my life.” With 100% of past participants rating the experience as valuable, this conference offers your students the opportunity to engage in inspiring workshops, build lifelong connections with peers from leading girls' schools, and develop leadership skills that will serve them for years to come. The deadline to register is this Friday, November 29. Ensure your students are part of this transformative journey! 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gWtBEq9t
