🌟 The WT-CRAFT+ is the most efficient cold water extraction system on the market to date. Why? Well, it’s all thanks to our innovative continuous flow and our double-torus flow agitation pattern. 👉 Continuous flow facilitates simultaneous agitation, separation and trichome collection all in a closed-loop cycle. It drastically increases the efficiency of a solventless extraction operation. 🔁 Continuous flow enables the immediate evacuation of separated trichomes. Unlike in other cold water extraction systems where trichomes linger in the agitator until it’s emptied, the WT-CRAFT+ ensures trichomes exit the agitator as soon as they detach from the plant and enter into the collection. When emptying an agitator with trichomes floating freely in the water, they risk getting caught in the biomass due to the absence of water for flotation. Continuous flow circumvents this issue, facilitating a seamless flow of trichomes from the agitator and into the collection vessel. There is also no downtime with continuous flow. This means during the entire 2-hour run time, the system does not stop agitating and separating trichomes at any point, even while you are collecting hash onto freeze-dry trays. The WT-CRAFT+ stands out with its industry-leading input-to-water ratio. This is made possible by our double-torus agitation pattern, which allows more biomass to be agitated with less water. The CC Lab's Biologic Program aims to build trust and quality in biomass carbon removal and storage (BiCRS) approaches broadly by conducting foundational science, forming cross-stakeholder networks, and developing solutions to industry-wide bottlenecks. To start out, we are focusing on forests at risk of severe wildfire in the American West. Over the next decade, these overstocked forests will require ecological thinning and broadcast burning across tens of millions of acres to reduce the risk of severe, catastrophic fire. These management activities will generate large volumes of small-diameter, low-value wood that will otherwise be burned in piles or left to decay. In forestry residues alone, there are likely to be over 2 gigatonnes CO2e contained in woody biomass destined fro pile burning or rapid decay by 2032. We are supporting the development of the industry that is investigating different pathways to hold this carbon safely and durably in the biosphere. This process involves partnering to develop trusted science and measurement, generating understanding of the context-dependencies of success across methods, and supporting demonstration of new technologies at scale. This was no exception either, and Lumi-VF has undergone rigorous testing to create a spectrum that hits all the right points: efficient, white in appearance, pleasant to work under, and increasing plant biomass.  How many?   864 individual plants used.   3,402 individual measurements were taken.
