When it comes to LNG service, it is imperative to select cryogenic ball valves of the double-isolation-bleed (DIB) type 1 or type 2. These valves are specifically designed to meet the demands of cryogenic applications. Liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment is an integral component of the manufacturing process for cryogenic ball valves. To ensure optimal sealing performance of the packing box and the smooth operation of the #ballvalves, extended bonnets and drip trays are employed in our designs. In order to better understand the sealing structure of the valve seat, we at #BholaEngineers analyze the characteristics and sealing principles of both the single piston effect seat and the double piston effect seat. The differing sealing directions can be attributed to the distinct structural characteristics of the seal between the valve seat and the valve body. The key performance indicator for #cryogenicballvalves lies in their sealing performance at low temperatures. To ensure this, we subject our #valves to rigorous low temperature simulation tests. Liquid Level Measurement Case Study: Abandoned Scrubber Tower This abandoned scrubber tower serves as an acidic gas purification device, effectively neutralizing and absorbing gases through multiple sprays of alkaline solution. The filtered gas is then released from the unit after meeting national emission standards. In this case study, we employed a guided wave radar level meter to accurately measure the liquid level in the bypass pipe. This approach effectively mitigates the interference caused by foam during the spraying process. The tiny bubbles rise to the surface of the melt.
