This year's National Inclusion Week is one of self-reflection at Monties. Inclusive Employers selected a great theme for this year: Impact Matters. As our post below highlights, we each have the power to make an impact. I can name a multitude of "big" and "small" decisions made by leaders around me over the years that have had a huge impact on me - both positively and negatively. It's often the small everyday decisions leaders, and others, make without thinking that can have the most impact. For example: > which junior colleagues that leaders choose to socialise with - are you being inclusive? > who gets to work with you on that high profile project - is that fair? > are you giving team members airtime with clients (in meetings and on calls) - do you advocate for, and sponsor, colleagues?
