Caution About Colibri Job Postings I worked here for 10 days and experienced serious challenges. Despite completing all training and having a positive meeting with a senior leader, my supervisor manipulated me into a late Friday meeting only to falsely accuse me of not working or lying about my work. To add insult to injury, this happened on the eve of Martin Luther King Jr. Day—a deeply significant occasion for African Americans. Accusing a person of color of being a "lazy" or "dishonest" worker in this context felt egregious and deeply disrespectful. The role, advertised as remote, involved heavy micromanagement, flawed monitoring systems, and a lack of support. Proceed with caution if considering this employer.
