If I was a sales leader that deals with demos Here’s how I would increase show ups ⤵️ ---- There's no point in spending money to book meetings and demos if prospects don't show up. Here’s how we can increase show-up rates and close more deals: Step 1: Use Calendly as your call booking software. Step 2: Automatically send new bookings to Clay via Zapier. Step 3: Use Clay to perform any enrichments that will help you (or your sales team) before the call. Step 4: Send that enriched data to Slack. Step 5: Set up Calendly pre-call automations: Step 6 - after the meeting use Distribute to send prospects a digital sales room (helps to keep all assets in one place) Confirmation SMS/Email: A confirmation of the meeting is sent to their phone via SMS and email. Pre-call value email: Share any information you want the prospect to know before the meeting. This could include case studies, a deck, a VSL, etc. Send this email a few hours after they book. Email/SMS reminder: Send this reminder 15 minutes before the call with a link to the meeting. All of these automations can be set up within Calendly. Worth setting up.
